Police in Reading are looking for a suspected kidnapper.
Yusuf Scott is accused of breaking into a Windsor Street home and trying to kidnap a 26-year-old woman on Thursday night, Nov. 16, said RPD.
The victim was able to escape and is safe, but Scott is at large and considered armed and dangerous, authorities said. He is wanted for burglary and kidnapping.
Police executed search warrants at "multiple locations" in Reading but have not located the suspected kidnapper as of Friday, Nov. 17.
Scott is 27 years old, 6-foot-3, and 175 pounds with long hair, RPD said. He was last seen wearing a face mask, a black jacket, black pants, and black shoes.
